Wolves vs Huddersfield
England – Premier League
Date: Sunday, 25 November 2018
Kick-off at 16.00 UK/ 17.00 CET
Venue: Molineux Stadium, Wolverhampton.
Wolves, a comfortable mid-table team in the top division of English Football, takes on the relegation-threatened Huddersfield, at the Molineux Stadium this Sunday to take part in the 13th round of the EPL.
Wolves will be happy with their performance last weekend against Arsenal, one of the top teams in the league, despite being on the road. The final scoreline read 1-1. The team from Wolverhampton will be dejected that they couldn’t hold on to their lead another 240 seconds after protecting it for 73 minutes.
The Wolves had taken the lead in the 13th minute itself, and it appeared the great unbeaten run of Arsenal was coming to an end, but in the 86th minute Mkhitaryan turned savior for the Gunners. But still, the Wolves would be content with the away performance against a team like Arsenal.
Huddersfield secured a tough home draw against West Ham, here too the scoreline being 1-1. They were leading with a scoreline of 1-0 from the sixth minute. But the hosts couldn’t see out the match. The visitors scored the equalizer in the 74th minute.
The home team comes off as the likely side to take the win. They are high on adrenaline after almost bringing an end to the unbeaten run of Arsenal, last weekend, despite playing with the disadvantage of being on the road.
Huddersfield is a team that has relegation on their minds even at this early stages of the league season. They have just won one single match so far in EPL 2018/19. Also, the team has been able to score just six goals in their entire campaign to this point, which is the least in the Premier League.
Wolves will comfortably take this win, with their added home advantage. They will see out both halves and the visitors will likely have no answer against the onslaught of the home team.
Huddersfield has not registered a single away win this season, and the trend will continue this Sunday too.
