Wolves vs Arsenal
English Premier League
Date: Saturday, 12 November 2022
Kick-off at 19:45 UK/ 20:45 CET
Venue: Molineux Stadium.
The Gunners are in it for real now. They are going after the title this time around. They have easily been the best team in the campaign so far, and are at the top of the table. Meanwhile, Wolves are one of the worst in the English top flight, and are one of the contenders to get relegated at the end of the season.
They are placed 19th in a table of 20, and managed to win just twice so far. They also scored the least number of goals till now of all the teams in the PL. In fact, they are the only squad yet to score ten goals in the tournament.
Moreover, of their total two wins till now – one came against the 20th placed Nottingham, and the other came against the 18th placed Southampton.
Meanwhile, the Gunners have a perfect winning record till now, barring a single loss and a draw. They are one of the only two teams to have scored 30 or more goals (the other being Manchester City), and they also conceded the least number of goals.
It goes without saying that they have built a huge momentum as a result of these performances, and they will be eager to continue this stretch. It is important that they maintain their place at the top before the league takes a break for the World Cup.
Expect a victory for Arsenal this Saturday.
Wolves have just two league wins to their name all through the season, and even these victories came against relegation-battlers. It is quite worrying that they are a mess even in front of their home crowd.
On the other hand, Arsenal recorded a 0-1 win on the road the past game week against former champions Chelsea.
They are in great form, and they also do not have to worry about the Champions League or the EFL Cup anymore.
This is their chance to put an end for their long wait for the title. Expect a convincing win for Arsenal this Saturday.
