West Ham vs Watford
English Premier League
Date: 8 February 2022, Tuesday
Kick-off at 19:45 UK / 20:45 CET
Venue: London Stadium (London).
West Ham will have a nice chance to return to winning ways after back-to-back Premier League defeats as they play host to relegation strugglers Watford in Matchday No 24.
The Hammers offered two disappointing performances in the last two rounds. The 2-3 loss at home to Leeds United came as a massive surprise if we know that it followed a run of four straight league victories for David Moyes and his troops.
The defeat to Manchester United in Matchday 23 was unfortunate one as the Hammers conceded a late stoppage-time goal to lose the game at Old Trafford.
There is one Hammer worth talking about in particular and his name is Jarrod Bowen. English midfielder has been sensational of late for West Ham and he should be at the top of the list of priorities for the anytime goalscorer betting options here.
Bowen is currently playing in an advanced role alongside Michail Antonio. He has scored four goals in the last four appearances for West Ham as a consequence.
Watford have the third-worst defense in the league. They are second from bottom at the moment after losing eight of the last nine Premier League fixtures.
A tough 0-3 loss to direct rivals Norwich City meant farewell from the bench for Claudio Ranieri who gave his place to Roy Hodgson.
The experienced Premier League manager made his new managerial debut on Saturday when he led Watford in the clash against Burnley at Turf Moor.
Everything points towards an easy win for the hosts here. Watford took only one point from the last nine Premier League games. The Hornets shipped at least three goals in three of the last five league matches.
West Ham notched three or more goals in all of the last four head to head meetings with Watford. You can back the hosts to win by at least two goals difference at the 2.05 odds.
