The South Koreans managed to beat favorites Portugal in the World Cup, but they had the misfortune to run into the Brazilian juggernauts in the Round of 16. The team really could have made quite an impact in Qatar if not for Neymar and co.
Meanwhile, Uruguay had quite a disappointing campaign, as they failed to even make it out of the Group Stages. And that too after the expectation was that the Uruguayans would top their group.

On the other hand, Uruguay have just three wins to their name in their last eight games – and these came against Panama, Canada, and Ghana – all of whom are considered to be some of the weaker squads in international football.
As things stand, South Korea to Win would be a good pick at 2.40.
Going on though, the Uruguayans have a 100% unbeaten record barring a single loss in h2h clashes, and they are also desperate to build some form and momentum before the 2024 Copa America.
