San Antonio Spurs have been playing hot-and-cold since the beginning of the season. They are 5-3, though, but have suffered a demolishing 100-143 defeat on the home floor against Toronto Raptors on Wednesday.
Despite their positive record, the Spurs are in the bottom half of the NBA standings in both offensive and defensive ratings.
They are sixth from bottom in defensive numbers this season. The team led by Gregg Popovich allow 116.2 points per game this term.

The Nuggets had several players in the mood for scoring, not just Jokic. Aaron Gordon had 27, while Jamal Murray added 24 points. In total, six players had double-digits, including Nikola Jokic who finished the match with a triple double of 15 points, 13 rebounds, and 14 assists.
With such an inspiring offensive line paired with San Antonio’s back-to-back game, we can see Denver easing to a win on Saturday.
