Saint Etienne have had a good start to their league campaign and come into this game in 5th position. They are unbeaten in their last 3 games although 2 of those finished in draws and a win here depending on other results could break them into the top 4.
Last weekend they won a thrilling game that ended with seven goals as they beat Angers 4-3. 70% of their points have come at home which tells us a great deal about how strong they have become in front of their home fans. From 6 games played they are unbeaten here with 4 wins and 2 draws.
Reims are on form and have no losses in their last 5 games and have climbed up to 8th place. Whilst the team had been struggling for wins and goals that has changed in recent weeks and they have won their last 2 games on the bounce. These wins came against Rennes 2-0 and Monaco 1-0.
Reims have a decent away record where they have lost 2 games from six and lost just once on the road from their last 4 fixtures.
A few weeks ago this match would have been easier to call for the home side, but Reims have picked up and their away win against Rennes a few weeks ago was massive for the club. This is why we will back the away side on the double chance to get something from this game.
Reims have done well in defence recently but Saint t Etienne will feel they can score and backing both to do so is worth it as history says so to. This should be a very intense game and we expect both teams to go for the win.
