Oostende vs Club Brugge
Belgian First Division A

Club Brugge finally terminated their four-game winless thread with a great display in the 2-0 victory over Gent on Sunday.
They will be looking to back it up five days later when Scott Parker’s troops visit Diaz Arena for the Gameweek No 28 clash against relegation-threatened Oostende.
Bjorn Meijer and Hans Vanaken were on target five days ago at Jan Breydelstadion in a match in which Club Brugge dominated the happenings on the pitch from the first to the final whistle.
Parker’s squad are now four points clear of Gent in the fifth place and are on the best way to secure the top-four finish and advance to the Championship Round.
Club Brugge will be big favorites on Friday as they are up against Oostende who are winless in all 11 games across competitions since the World Cup break.
Oostende are second from bottom in the First Division A standings and they will need a miracle to prevent the drop to second class football next term.
The latest of their failures came last weekend away at leaders Genk as Oostende fell 3-0 away at Generali Arena.
The team led by Austrian manager Dominik Thalhammer own the joint-worst defensive record in the competition with 57 goals shipped in 27 games this term.
Club Brugge go into this as clear favorites, especially after the display they have shown last weekend against Gent. Since Oostende own the worst offensive record in the competition, we are tempted to take the 2.25 odds offered for Club Brugge to win & Over 2.5 goals FT bet.
The value-seekers can alternatively back Club Brugge to win by two or more goals difference at the odds of 2.60.
