Karlsruher have entered the crazy rhythm caused by a well-congested schedule. They played Wurzburger Kickers on Friday and are about to take on Erzgebirge Aue just three days later.
Moving forward, they have the game against Hamburger SV on schedule for Thursday and they travel to Dusseldorf to take on Fortuna next Monday.
Christian Eichner will be forced to make rotations and it is very hard to expect KSC going out of such a schedule unharmed in terms of results.
The hosts hold the 8th position and have three games in hand on most of the division. Assuming they win them all, Karlsruher can even challenge the likes of Hamburger SV for a place in the promotional play-offs.
However, considering the team’s recent form and the schedule, it is really hard to believe in such a scenario.
