Ipswich vs Brentford
England- The Championship
Date: Tuesday 18th September 2018
Kick off at 19:45 UK/ 20:45 CET
Venue: Portman Road (Ipswich).
Ipswich are bottom of the Championship where after 7 games and a possible 21 points they have just 3. All of those points came courtesy of draws and the team are yet to win a game this season. They will welcome Brentford on Tuesday night who are in 2nd position and will start off as the favourites to win the game.
Ipswich have conceded 11 goals and at home is where they have achieved all of their points so far. But from a quality level they will be under a lot of pressure in front of their home fans as Brentford won’t be afraid to attack and will have most of the ball.
Brentford have got off to a positive start in the Championship and are just 1 point behind leaders Leeds. They have lost just 1 game all season so far which came away to Blackburn Rovers. Whilst the club have the best home record they have a poor away one where they have yet to win on the road with 1 loss and two draws.
Neal Maupay is in great form for Brentford and he did well for us at the weekend so we will stick with him to get another goal for us.
As for the rest of the match Brentford have the quality to win but we must question their away performances.
Instead we think they will have to work very hard to get anything here and will back the correct scrore of 0-0 at half time.
The game should open up in the 2nd half but it could be a frustrating night for fans to watch football.
