The hosts have been deprived of a win for two games in a row and will be hoping that they will not have to wait any further than this week to pick up all three points.
The squad saw out a frustrating 1-1 draw against Arsenal Tula in their opening game on the road. They then slumped to a 1-0 loss against Rubin Kazan in the previous clash on home soil. The team were unlucky, to the say the least, in that last game, having managed twice as many attempts at goal as their foes and still failing to get their names on the scoresheet.
Ural have been enjoying a much better start to their campaign and have picked up maximum points from their last two ties. They were especially impressive in their last game against Akhmat Grozny which saw them score thrice and keep a clean sheet by the end of the ninety minutes.
Their clash with the hosts this week will not be an easy one though, with the home team sizing up as the favorites to clinch the win.
The hosts are more than likely to come out on top when they welcome the visitors to the VTB Arena in Moscow on Friday.
The home team put up a good fight in their previous game and had quite a few goal-scoring opportunities which they failed to utilize. However, you can count on them to be a lot less wasteful this week as they are on the hunt for their first win of the season.
Ural are on the back of two successive wins, all of which came at home. The squad are yet to be tested in their trips on the road and are unlikely to pull off a similar result in their first outing this week.
Expect a high scoring clash nonetheless, with the hosts bagging the win.
