Wolves could possibly be termed as one of the weakest teams in the Premier League at the moment. They are stuck in the bottom-most tier at the moment, and have been a total failure on the road. Crystal Palace are determined to post some urgent points on the board, and they will consider this encounter as an opportunity.
Palace had a rather slow start to their campaign, and particularly on the road they were a mess. However, one thing that needs mentioning is that they lost just thrice so far, and these three defeats came against Manchester City, Arsenal, and Chelsea.
Moreover, they also fared quite well in home games so far, and found the back of the net consistently too in such games.
Their latest match-up resulted in a 2-1 win against Leeds, and now they will be eager to keep the streak going. And frankly, they have a great opportunity coming up.
Wolves are just a huge mess this season. They are placed 18th in the table at the moment, and have a single win to their name till now.
They are also on a losing streak, and most importantly, they found the back of the net a meager three times in the competition so far.
And to top this all off, they have a poor h2h record against this rival in recent meetings.
Surely expect Crystal Palace to have the upper hand this Tuesday. Count on them to post the three points on the board.
Palace lost just against four teams at home in the whole of 2022 so far, and these four squads are Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool, and West Ham – some of the best teams in the league.
They have succeeded so far in maintaining a good run at home this season, and importantly they have a dominant h2h record against this foe over the years.
On the other hand, Wolves are possibly on a path to get relegated, and their form on the road this season has been nothing but worrisome.
