World Cup Qualifier

Colombia and Argentina square off in the derby of the Matchday No 6 in the South American World Cup Qualifications on Tuesday evening in Baranquilla.
Colombia got their qualifying campaign up and running with an emphatic 0-3 drubbing of Peru on the road five days ago.
They made the difference in the last five minutes of the first half when Yerry Mina’s opener was followed by a Miguel Trauco (Peru’s right-back) red card.
The second-half goals from Mateus Uribe and Luis Diaz only confirmed a comprehensive victory over the ten-man opposition.
Colombia moved lock on points with the likes of Uruguay and Paraguay right on the brink of the top-four spots in the South American World Cup Qualification group.
They are about to face a much more serious challenge on Tuesday evening when the second-placed Argentina come to visit Estadio Metropolitano Roberto Melendez.
The visitors are unbeaten after five opening fixtures but they ruined the superb start with back-to-back home draws to Paraguay and Chile (1-1 apiece).
Argentina have been very tough to break down under Lionel Scaloni in this qualifying term. They shipped only three goals in five matches so far.
However, the visitors do struggle to perform at the opposite end despite having the likes of Lionel Messi, Lautaro Martinez, and Angel Di Maria in their ranks.
Colombia’s back line looked more than vulnerable so far in the competition. The Colombians shipped as many as nine goals in back-to-back losses to Uruguay (0-3) and Ecuador (1-6) in November last year.
The likes of Lionel Messi and Lautaro Martinez should have too much for the leaky Colombian defense and we see a great value in backing the away win at the sky-high 2.60 odds.
Argentina to win @ 2.60 odd
HT/FT Argentina/Argentina @ 4.33 odd.
