St. Louis will be looking to rebound from the 2-1 defeat to Columbus Crew as they take on Mexican Liga MX side Club America in the second round of the 2023 Leagues Cup campaign.
Another defeat would likely mean farewell from the knockout phase ambitions for the current Western Conference leaders in MLS and it will be very interesting to see how serious their approach will be on Thursday evening at CITYPARK.
Head coach Bradley Carnell will still likely prioritize the domestic league success given that his men have done great in majority of the regular season.

Club America produced a phenomenal showing from the first to the last minute in their previous Liga MX game against Puebla. They possess a lot of talent in the final third and we expect their main stars to cause huge problems to St. Louis’ back line on Thursday.
