Cagliari will be desperate to snatch their maiden win of the season on Friday evening when fellow strugglers Venezia come to visit Unipol Domus in the 7th round of the Serie A.

Cagliari are one of just two teams in the league without a win in this term of the Serie A.

They have claimed no more than two points in the opening six rounds and sit second from bottom ahead of the Gameweek No 7 clash with fellow strugglers Venezia.

Venezia have collected just two points more than Cagliari so far in the season, but they will travel to Sardinia in much higher spirits having shown a decent performance in a 1-1 draw to Torino last weekend.
