Bordeaux come into this game in 8th place and recent form has been mixed though they have gone their last 2 games undefeated after beating Nantes and drawing against Nice.
A win could see the club move into the top six which after their slow start to the league campaign would be fantastic for them. However, the club need to perform better at home and have only won 1 game here in their last 4 attempts.
Monaco are playing their best football since they became league champions in 2017 and have won 3 of their last four games to move up to 11th place. Their last victory was a 1-0 win over Dijon.
On the road Monaco have fared badly where they have won just 1 game which was against Nantes and from a possible 18 points, they have won only 5. What has also been worrying is the clubs lack of goals away from home with just 4 scored so far this season.
We expect to see a very entertaining game and history says this match has goals and we think we will see that. Both sides can have a leaky defence.
The one problem with Monaco is that they haven’t been quite consistent yet. Yes they have picked up 9 points from their last 12 but they keep losing games in between having a good run.
This match could prove tricky for them, but we are going to back them to get the win here in what should be a game with end to end football.
