Bordeaux will be in search of win when they welcome Caen to their stadium after the club have gone the last 3 games without a win.
Last weekend was seen as a good result though as the club ended a two game losing streak to draw 1-1 away to Lyon, the club will be looking to build on that positive result.
Bordeaux are in 11th place but it is so close at the moment that a win here and they would shoot into the top 10. At home they have lost 2 games from 6 and they last lost here against Nice.
Caen are in 16th after a dreadful run of games has seen the club go their last five without a win, this includes losing 4 of their last five. They lost last weekend at home to an out of form Rennes which should tell us a lot about the clubs fortunes right now.
Caen have the 2nd to worst away record in the league with 1 win so far and have lost their last 3 away games coming into this match.
Caen have a good record here but our tip will be to see Bordeaux get all three points. They have played some great football this season and are due a win at home. This match offers that opportunity because Caen on form are one of the poorest teams in Ligue 1. Bordeaux are a little inconsistent and this has been their big problem, but they should have enough in the tank to ease to victory.
