Bodo/Glimt vs Arsenal

Arsenal are flying high this season. After racing to the top of the table in the English top flight, they did just the same in their Europa League group table as well. They are placed in a prime position to go after a spot in the knockouts, and will be the favorites this Thursday to deliver a win against the rather inconsistent Bodo.
Glimt managed to secure a single win so far, and are yet to find their stride in the competition. Their only victory came against the dead-last placed Zurich, who have a 100% losing record till now. And it is also quite concerning that Bodo scored the least number of goals in the tournament.
And to top this all off, they lost the reverse fixture against the Gunners – that too in a worrying manner. Not only did they let in three goals into their nets, but they failed to find the back of the net at least once as well.
Meanwhile, the Gunners are high in confidence and spirits after defeating six-time European champions Liverpool in their latest match-up.
They are also at the top of the PL table – with a 100% winning record barring their encounter against Manchester United.
As things stand, I infer that Arsenal are easily the punters’ favorite to deliver a dominant win this Thursday.
Bodo have not been in the best of shapes lately. They are dropping points a lot, and at the same time they are also conceding goals almost in every fixture recently.
The seriousness of the issue is obvious when we can see that they failed to keep clean sheets in their past five appearances at home.
On the other hand, Mikel Arteta’s men are in great form. They are delivering superb performances against some of the major heavyweights in the PL, and I expect them to make light work of a struggling Bodo.
